Who are the United Methodist Women?
United Methodist Women is a nurturing community of women committed to mission. It's a supportive organization where women like you can grow spiritually, develop as a leader and serve and work to create a world in which all women, children and youth thrive. Our members support local, regional and international projects and partners seeking to improve the lives of women, children and youth with their prayers, volunteer and advocacy efforts, and financial gifts.
The United Methodist Women at New Hope UMC usually gather the second Sunday of every other month during the school year for lunch and an informative presentation. Smaller, circle meetings with 10-20 participants are held monthly around town to build fellowship and for acts of service.
Bible Studies/Women's Small Groups
As a church, New Hope UMC is committed to helping each person become more like Jesus Christ in character and conduct. We believe that such life-changes occur best in small groups with authentic and accountable relationships. We have a variety of women's bible studies and small groups that occur weekly on our campus or in member's homes. For more information on our small groups contact Vicki Harrison, or the church office at (813) 689-4161.
